These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 9jgame platform, including all games, services, promotions, and account features available at 9jgame.vip. By registering, you expressly represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. 9jgame reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

When creating a 9jgame account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (registered under your CNIC), and a valid email address. You must notify 9jgame promptly of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.
Each individual player may hold only one registered 9jgame account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 9jgame reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any associated balances, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
The 9jgame platform is operated for and targeted at Pakistani players. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 9jgame is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. 9jgame makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9jgame login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 9jgame immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. 9jgame will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
9jgame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
You may request closure of your 9jgame account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or wagering requirements. 9jgame reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to applicable dormancy procedures.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types on 9jgame. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or obvious pricing error, 9jgame reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned.
